This weekend I had the honor of co-preaching with Daryl Crouch (who’s also my dad) on Ephesians 2:1-10. As we spent time in the Bible preparing for this we knew that there was just so much more to Ephesians than we could share in 30 minutes. So we want to invite you to join us in continuing to explore the great themes found in Ephesians. We hope to contiue with other books as well.
We will be using two digital tools to help facilitate the online group, its so important that this is not a one-way dialogue. They are the Faithlife Study Bible (FSB) and Faithlife.com both of which are free.
5 Quick Steps
Step One:
Go to the FSB site and subscribe to the Faithlife Study Bible. Use the Coupon Code: FREE
You will need to create a Logos account and remember the email address and password you use. You will not be asked for a credit/debit card unless you choose to purchase additional Bible translations. You wiill recieve a new translation called the Lexham English Bible (LEB) for Free. You can purchase additional Bible translations beyond the discounted ones for $10 at Logos later.
Step Two:
Go to the Faithlife Community Site and log-in with the same email address and password you used when you got the FSB.
Step Three:
Go The Journey X Faithlife Group site and choose to join the group.
Step Four:
On the left-hand side of the group page you will see a group reading plan please use the connect option.
The readings will show up in the mobile app you will download next (you can also go to Biblia.com logging-in with the same account info and read and make notes there).
For the reading plan I’ve scheduled the reading for Sundays (but feel to read it any day of the week) we will post Community Notes (which you can also view from the group page) with questions and comments, then members of the group can comment and respond (or share your own notes).
Step Five:
Now you will want to download the mobile app! Below are links to the major app stores. The app will work on iOS and Android Devices (there is a separate one for the Kindle Fire). Once it downloads and installs you need to log-in with your Logos/Faithlife account info.

- Amazon Android App Store (for the Kindle Fire)
You can also download a desktop application for Windows and Mac the desktop has some additional features (such as creating custom highlights). Some features of the desktop app require additional resources that can be purchased, but you do NOT need them for the study.
